### Installation and management

Software may only be installed on CFTS.CO (U) Ltd. computers, servers, or other company devices by authorised IT personnel. This helps ensure that all systems remain secure, stable, and compliant with licensing requirements.



Employees must not install or download software on company devices without prior authorisation from IT network personnel. This includes applications, utilities, games, screen savers, or other programs obtained from the internet or external sources.

### Restrictions on software use

Without prior written authorisation from CFTS.CO (U) Ltd. management, employees must not:

* Copy or transfer company-licensed software to personal devices.
* Provide copies of company software to contractors, suppliers, or other third parties.
* Install software on company workstations, servers, telephones, or other devices.
* Download software from the internet or other online services onto company systems.
* Modify, adapt, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or decompile company software.

### Reporting concerns

Employees who become aware of any misuse of software, unlicensed installations, or potential violations of copyright or licensing rules should report the matter to their supervisor or to IT personnel as soon as possible.
